OpiumStudio.com Launch?
The Opium Den rollout has been stalled, but we're aiming to have the launch of Opium Studio this May (it will be curated by Jessica Wallen of SF). We've promised before, and its been a no-go--which, trust us, is way more frustrating for us than it is for you. Our back-end folks in Europe are slow going, but going.
What is Opium Studio? It's a virtual gallery that showcases everything from cartoons to paintings to collage to sculpture to art forms we’re too slow-minded to imagine. Each week we’ll feature a selection of quirky cartoons, and each month we’ll shine the spotlight on the finest fine artist we can find. Want to submit? For now, send it here.

OpiumLive.com Launch
Lest we be accused of narrow literary thinking, Opium Live catapults the Written Word into Modern Entertainment. Short films, podcasts, live music, eccentric videos—Opium Live offers podcasts of writers reading their work, short films with a literary humor bent, and webcammed interviews with charismatic writers. Have something to submit? Send a link, or the work itself here.
