With Opium7:7 on newstands now, and our SF and NYC launch parties wild successes, it's time for us to announce the winner of the Shya Scanlon 7-Line Story Contest (judged by Brian Evenson). First, though, expect to see a series of pieces on Opium in the coming days that showcase the excellent work we received, and know that there are seven stories (six, plus the finalist) in Opium7:7 which are absolutely delightful and brilliant pieces of work.
